License Agreements

• You have read, fully understood and accepted the License Agreement of each product being ordered.

Single-copy and multiple-copy licenses (1)

• There are single-copy and multiple-copy licenses.

  A single-copy license allows you to use Neat Video, for example, on your desktop and laptop but does not allow to run it on both computers simultaneously .
  A multiple-copy license allows to run the software on more than one computer simultaneously.
  For example, a license for 5 copies allows you to run the software on 5 machines.

  If you require a multiple-copy license, please adjust the number of copies in the list of products above.

Payment methods

• Licenses for one or more of Neat Video products can be purchased from a reseller Digital River GbmH ("the Reseller"), via the Reseller's e-commerce platform DR MyCommerce ("Online Store"). You will be forwarded to the Online Store once you proceed to CHECK OUT above.
• The Reseller accepts payments via credit cards, PayPal, European EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), wire transfer, etc.
• We recommend to use a credit card or PayPal; these payment methods being the least expensive ensure the shortest order processing time at the Reseller as well. Using other methods may involve processing delays.

Currency and taxes (2)

• The prices above may be shown in US dollars or Euros.
  You can select to use one of these currencies depending on your preference.

• The above prices do not include possible state/local sales tax(es), GST or VAT.
  The Reseller will additionally add and collect the applicable tax(es) on your purchase
  (unless, as an EU business customer, you specify your VAT registration code in the order form).

Order processing and delivery

• Your order placed via this website with the Reseller constitutes an offer to purchase one or more of our products from the Reseller.

  Orders are subject to acceptance by the Reseller. The Reseller reserves the right to review, screen and accept or not accept any order for any reason including security concerns, incomplete, misleading or false information, etc.

• Once an order is accepted and successfully processed, you will receive an e-mail with your license and download instruction.

  Please make sure that you specify a valid e-mail address in the order form. Please disable spam protection and make sure that you can receive e-mails, that the e-mail box is not over quota, that e-mails from *@mycommerce.com, *@neatvideo.com and *@neatimage.com will not be trashed or blocked by your e-mail client, anti-spam filter (some e-mail filters can be too aggressive), ISP or the e-mail service you use.

• The e-mail with the registration instructions should arrive to your e-mail box within the same or following business day (usually it is less than one day).

  If you do not receive that e-mail within the next 24 hours, this is most likely an e-mail delivery problem. Please contact Support and we will help. You may want to advise an alternative e-mail address to contact you if the e-mail address specified in the order appears not working. We always promptly reply to all e-mail messages we receive. If e-mail fails after all, please contact us using the online form.

• Neat Video is provided as a direct download.

  Once you have received the download instruction and license, you can immediately download the software using the instruction.
